Heaven knows I'm miserable now

What can I do, I'm an Indie Rock Pete by genetic code and this musical elitism kinda goes with my whole belief system. What I'm saying is stop fucking making the bands I love famous! I'd like to be the only one going to Placebo gig, I want to be the only one at Manics gig, I want to be the only one dancing to Jens, etc. Every time I get excited about a new band about half a year later thousands of posers have sniffed it up and it becomes a popular for all the wrong reasons, lets say that the singer was hot or so. Now I have taken precautions, I’m being careful with my new found babies, I turn off my last.fm plug-in, I turn off msn plug-in, I close all the curtains, crawl into a dark corner, put on earphones, turn the volume lowest as I can…and giggle in satisfaction of knowing my halo will shine spelling the words indie snob and yours wont.
